What do I need know know before I begin the workout programs?

Go Fit Win recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety intrsuctions before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Additionally, you can review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements before your begin.


Account Management

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but we totally understand. We've made canceling your membership very easy.

You can update your plan directly through our membership website:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Click on Billing

3. Select Change Plan

4. Click on Cancel Membership. 


How do I change my account information?

To change your password, email address, billing information, or membership plan, log onto the website at www.gofitwin.com and click on Dashboard.

In your Dashboard, you can change:

  • email address
  • name
  • password
  • payment method on file
  • active subscription plan (monthly, annual, or cancel membership)
  • payment history


How can I reset my password?

Go to https://gofitwin.com/forgot_pa... and follow the directions. If you can’t find the password reset email, search all folders for 'Password Reset Instructions'. Add Go Fit Win to your contacts so you don't miss any Member emails in the future.


How can I change my profile picture?

You can upload a profile picture to your account in your Dashboard. Your picture will appear alongside your name when you leave comments on the membership. 

To add a profile picture:

- Navigate to the Dashboard on the membership website.

- On the Profile tab, click on the camera icon.

- Select an image that meets the recommended dimensions.

- Click Save Changes to save the uploaded image.


Where can I find the monthly song playlists and music mixes?

For the Full Game Day Routines - you’ll find the custom mix music download on the ‘resources’ tab on the main video tutorial page.

For the Sideline Combos each month, you’ll get a link to the spotify playlist for that month on the ‘resources’ tab on the main sideline combo tutorial page.


How do I save my favorite videos?

Below every video is a Favorite button. Just click or tap that to add the video to your Favorites. 

To remove a video from your Favorites list, just tap or click the favorite icon again.


Can I download videos to play offline?

The Go Fit Win membership is a streaming service, but at this time Vvideos cannot be downloaded to a computer.



Tips for watching videos

How can I Chromecast?

To watch videos by using Chromecast:

- Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV

- Make sure your laptop or device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your TV

- Open the video on your laptop or device and click on the Chromecast icon*.

- In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and cast.



*If you don't see the Chromecast icon, try quitting the app and restarting your device. Other members who were not seeing the Chromecast icon reported that it appeared after they quit and restarted.


How can I turn off Autoplay?

By default, autoplay is turned on. Members can turn off autoplay by using the autoplay toggle under the video player on the membership website. The autoplay setting selection will remain as you have selected across the website until your browser cache has been cleared.


What can I do if my video playback is choppy or videos are buffering?

Adjust the video quality to a lower quality. This is helpful for weak internet situations too. 

1. On the player, locate the gear icon and click on Quality.

2. Set the quality to Auto or select a specific quality setting.

The selected quality will apply to all videos viewed until the browser cache is cleared.


How can I buy a gift card for a membership subscription?

You can purchase a Gift Card for the membership from the website at www.gofitwin.com. There are suggested gift amounts for 3 months and one year. There is also a Custom Amount option that you can choose to purchase a custom amount as well, in case you want to gift more than 3 months but less than twelve months.

After the purchase, a redemption code will be provided at the end of the checkout and emailed to you. Then you can share that code with the gift recipient. How to Redeem a Go Fit Win membership Gift Card

To redeem your Go Fit Win membership gift card, click on the JOIN OUR SQUAD button to begin. 

This is a 2 step process:

    Click on the "Have a gift card?" link. Redeem the code and create an account. The redeemed gift card amount will be added to your account balance.
  1. Select a subscription option. During the checkout, your gift balance will be applied towards your chosen subscription. Be sure to pick the subscription that matches the amount of the gift card. If you were gifted more than 3 months but less than a year, select the quarterly subscription plan.

At this time, a credit card is still required to set up a subscription, even though a gift balance will be used initially. The credit card will not be charged until after your gift balance has been used in full and your subscription is set to renew. 

Special note: If you do not want the membership subscription to renew after the gift card is used up, you can remove the credit card from your account after setting up your subscription.
